Once we have completed a site visit we prepare a design fee proposal and an initial construction estimate. Once we have been instructed to start work we will conduct a full survey of your property.

For the initial design phase, we will work with you closely to create a bespoke design to suit your individual needs. Looking closely at the aesthetic’s as well as the practical issues of space, light, and storage.
We will submit the planning or permitted development applications and manage the application through the statutory 10-week process.
Our trusted third-party engineer’s design and produce full structural drawings and calculations for your construction.
We put together a full set of detailed drawings for your project and schedules. This will give the project team all the information they require to start the build.
The final part of the design process is for us to produce a fully itemised scope of works which we then cost against. This makes sure our prices are competitive and as transparent as possible.
Before we start work on the site we will introduce you to your project manager and site staff who will be your key contact during the build process.
We will put together a detailed project timeline and site pack for you. This is usually produced and passed on to you by your project manager and he will also notify building control and any other statutory bodies.
During the build we will keep the site very clean and tidy and comply with all building regulations and health and safety laws.
Keeping you, the client involved and fully updated is a top priority for us and your project manager will meet you on-site each week.
